Removable anchor light that clips to railing

Anyone make a legal anchor light that has aligator clips on the leads, and a clip to snap it to the stern rail? Telescoping would be awesome as well. Doesn't seem I can find a vendor that offers one with all requirements for a decent price. LED not required. Thanks all.

Will this work? This is called the Davis Mega Light. Do you think clipping to the stern rail will get the light high enough to be effective? Per the USCG regs.........

AT NIGHT: All vessels at anchor must display anchor lights. If your vessel is less than 164 feet/50 meters in length, then its anchor light is an all-round white light visible where it can best be seen from all directions.
