Aftermarket railings are most often custom made for the boat unless you have a large production run boat from a company that is still in business like Catalina. The corner seats are easily added to the part of the rail that is 10-12" above the deck. They can be expensive but I think they are worth it (the pushpit railings not the seat - they aren't that expensive). It would be extremely rare for a rail designed for one boat to fit another.
