Haul Out in Kemah/Galveston Bay

Does anyone know of a shipyard near Kemah or on Galveston Bay for haul out of a 30' boat that allows do-it-yourselfers to do a bottom job?

The only ones I know of are Seabrook Shipyard and South Texas Yacht Services, and neither allow work to be self peformed.

Thanks!

Check out Pier 77 on Galveston Island. They do allow do-it-yourselfers. I just repaired and painted my boat there.
