Ray jeffeerson VHF RadioTelephone 9100

I recently purchased a sailboat with the above radio on board but does not have a power Cable. There is a line for antenna nothing else. The previous owner never used the radio and never had a power cable. My problem & this is where Im looking for help. I googled Ray jefferson and found nothing about the 9100. Is this a case of placing this radio in Davie Jones Locker and moving on or is there some one out their with similiar radio and or source for a cable and manual
