Paint what you can on the trailer.Make sure the trailer tires are blocked against rolling both forward and aft. Then lower the trailer tongue to the ground. Put blocking ,such as concrete blocks with a 2"x8" on top, under the stern at two points side by side. Now use the trailers tongue jack to raise the tongue to the jacks upper limit. Put blocking under the centerline of the boat up forward. Lower the trailer tongue until there is sufficient space between the bunks and the bottom of the hull. Once the paint is dry, reverse the process.
