I don't expect you'll get much "drive-by" traffic anywhere. Jabins has a row in their "for sale" area on Edgewood Road, but it is a dead-end street and almost all the traffic that far down in winter is people going to work on their existing boats.
That said, Jabins and Port A are both good choices. You might want to also explore Eastport Yacht Center on the other side of Back Creek.
