Re-power with universal diesel

I know everyone on this board hates it when someone posts a classified, but I am in a situation where I have a spare diesel engine availiable for repower b/c my mechanic did not measure correctly. The engine is a Universal Diesel, Model 5432, 32 hp, fresh water cooled, 2/1 Hurth reduction gear, panel and harness included as well as muffler and mounts, excellent running engine.

The engine is in Bronx, NY
