Finger Pulls and Latches

I would like to replace the finger-pulls on my drawers with the ''pushbutton-twist'' type latches that are on a lot of the high quality new boats. Has anyone attempted to do this? If so, how were the results? Any thoughts on sourcing the parts?

Thanks!

I imagine that a good source would be the mail order catalog companies such as West, Defender, BoatUS, etc. They all maintain websites and display much of their stock for perusal, selection, and ordering on-line.
