KUDOs to the folks at Forespar!

ALCON:

Our recently purchased Pearson 365 came to us equiped with Forespar davits. However, one of the braces was missing pieces forcing us to jury rig the thing together for her trip up from the lower 48.

Randy, a parts representative from Forespar, assisted us in identifying the parts needed to put the Davits right. Not only that, but he sent the parts to us at no!

For my money, if I EVER need something in the Forespar line of products, I will not hesitate to purchase from them. You seldom run accross customer service like that anymore.
