Hey, has anyone used sterling silverware on the ocean? Will it tarnish over night or stay as shiny as it does at home.
finally this lovely stuff will go to good use. I have been stock piling platic cups and plates too however.
happy sailing
Paul

I bet the marine environment will be rough on silver. Have you seen what salt does to sterling salt shakers when they''re not properly cared for. You''ll probably be OK if you wash it promptly by hand, dry it very well and use an airtight container and silica gel for storage. But that sure is a lot of trouble..........
