cracks in rudder and between keel and hull

Hi ya,
Happy New Year to all (BTW love the Rum post, my fav's Appletons...)
how would one go about sealing these ? I'm thinking dremel out / off c17 (SP?) hull paint) and then fill with something. ANysuggestions ? ps I'm north of the border in Ontario if that makes a diff to products avail. et.
