Hypalon Dingy now a bubble machine

I have Hypalon Dingy. I have a few areas on the tubes were the rubber has come off. It has not been a big issue but now I have two leaks, not holes. When I run soapy water over these areas air leaks in such away as to create kind of a foaming bubble machine. Those tubes will not hold air at this point. A real fast leak.
What is the best way to repair this?
I am thinking about trying to apply product or a patch to the outside and then putting some of the slow leak stuff inside the tubes?
Any ideas?
thanks

If it isn't much more than ten years old or the leaks are from chafe not from seams coming unglued (which is terminal)...Any chandlery can sell you a hypalon repair kit. They use a special 2-part adhesive made by Bostik or a few other vendors that has a finite shelf life, once it has been opened it goes bad within a year or so whether you use it all up and mix it or not. And of course patches of hypalon material.

If you follow the instructions precisely and make sure the surface is surgically clean before you apply the glue and patch, it works very well. If you take shortcuts, try to use expired glue, wrong glue, or the dink is simply coming apart from old age...Not so good.
