I have a 32'' Bristol, since it has no rub rail and I saw a tip that said if you hang a length of 2" line over the side lengthwise it makes a good reliable, removeable rail. Does anyone know where I can purchase around 30'' of 2" line around the northern Chesapeake. Thanks

You could braid three 3/4" lines together, which will make an attractive assembly. Backsplice a loop in one of the lines, tuck the others under, then seal the ends with heat shrink tubing. Don''t forget to put the shrink on prior to backsplicing & tucking.
