Help with part number Universal M-30 5424

OK.... I've been looking through the Torresen Marine parts list for my Universal M-30 but I can't find the part for the radiator cap.

Anyone know if it is a standard item that I could get at Autozone etc or do I need to order?

Anyone know the part number?

Thanks much.
