Installing Rigid Boom Vang

has anyone installeda rigid Vang on an Irwin 30, and if so, what is the best make.

Garhauer is solid and probable the most affordable of the serious solid vangs. I have one I will be installing soon.

I would second the Gerhauer recommendation. Look here Garhauer Marine Hardware -668791

Third the Garhauer recommendation. You do have to make a wire profile of the mast and boom for them though...but they're definitely the best for the buck.
