Who has the best masthead light?

I am interested in getting a good mastheadlight for anticollision purposes while single handing. Who has the brightest one? Any absurd creative ideas that are perhaps absurdly bright? What about the one that draws the lowest amps or a combination of the two.

Along these lines, I am looking for the best (within my ecconimic means) anchor light. And yes - I do want LED

The LED-based anchor/tricolor combination lights are a pretty good bargain. Some, like the Orca Green Marine units, feature a strobe function as well.
