Pearson 30 rudder bushings

I'm about to replace the rudder bushings on my 1973 Pearson 30, currently on the hard. Does anybody have a quick step by step they could pass along. I'm going to buy the bushings from D&R -- tehy sell two sizes, I'm expecting to get the bigger ones? Thanks very much.
