Removing Wheel with Autopilot Installed?

For those with the Raymarine wheel autopilots, can the wheel still be easily removed and mounted elsewhere to allow more room in the cockpit when not sailing? I'm guessing not but wanted to check.

You can, it still uses the MKII drive. Just connect the motor cables using a removeable connector and you're ok.
