Fiberglass Repair Shops near Riverside, NJ?

Can anyone recommend a top-notch fiberglass repair guy near Riverside, NJ? I'm having a survey done on a boat March 25, and there are a couple of minor fiberglas issues that a previous surveyor said were cosmetic only. However, just in case my surveyor says they are something more than that, I will want to get a guy in to make an estimate right away so I'll know what I'm in for (and how much to ask the seller to adjust his price). I'd like to have him on call for that day. But I want someone who does good work and can make a solid estimate based on the surveyor's assessment of underlying issues.

Winters sailing center in Riverside can direct you to someone. A couple of the East End YC racers have had repairs done. Ask for Don. Tell him Denise sent you. he's a broker, sailor, racer, and very very well connected, helps out many people in the area.

RD Winters has a guy named Walt that does outstanding work, both fiberglass and wood. I've seen his finished product and you cannot tell where the damage was when he's done. Where did you finally find a boat?

Mike - The boat is on the hard at Winters, but not sold by them - it's a FSBO. It's the same boat that I emailed you about last month. I want to get the boat down the river very quickly (within 1-2 days of the survey), so I want to have all the possible contingencies lined up ahead of time.

Denise - I just spoke to Don about Walt. I've met Don and Brian many times, since they had some boats listed that I was considering purchasing.

RD good luck with the deal and boat. If you're around next weekend look me up. I expect to be there working on October Moon. She's the middle boat backed up against the sales office. BTW where are you going to keep her?

We did our survey today, and when I went to get Walt he was out - and not back in until Monday! I need to make a go/no go decision on this boat this weekend. Can anyone suggest another fiberglas guy near Riverside?

Even better would be to find one near Essington who is willing to drive up to Riverside for the quotation. Then we could have the work actually done in Essington after bringing the boat down the river.
