It looks like B&B Marine has it's first client, even before the company exists. I'm doing the topcoat and bottom paint on a Valiant 40 this week. I've always said, if ya can't find a job, make one and have done so before. Now I can use my refinishing skills as well as my boatwright skills to benefit others.

We finished up the bottom prep today and started on the prep above the waterline. We should finish that tomorrow and be ready to prime.

The boys rubbing out the ablative with Acetone soaked rags.



You can see where they've been since it takes about 40% of the old paint off.



The rest lays right down nice and smooth.



There's no pollution or dust to deal with and only about an hour of sanding is needed at the waterline and on chips. The yard loves us for this....
