I don't think they are still around. The toll free number is not working, the website doesn't allow you to add any of their products, and Sailor Solutions and a few other of their listed retailers do not show thier product.

yES, YOU'RE RIGHT THEIR WEB SITE IS NOT WORKING , THANKS ANY WAY

IIRC, another company bought out the product and has been marketing it... I don't remember the new company's name though, I'd have to dig it up. I saw it over on SBO forums.

Saint - what method did you go with to remove the old varnish? I was going to take this up as my winter project but held off until the whole Ultimate Sole thing panned out (after seeing SD's post and searching it looks like IIRC hasn't re-branded/re-released the Ultimate Sole product yet). People have recommended varying methods (chemical stripper, heat gun and scraper, sanding w/caution, etc.) - what worked for you?

Dog -- as much time as you spend on different forums, it's easy to forget where you see stuff ;)

According to a poster over on Anything Sailing, here's the new distributor:

Integrated Marine Systems - 3409 E. Liberty Ave, 2nd Flr - Vermilion, OH - 216-496-8976

ken(at)integratedmarine.biz

I've not confirmed the veracity though, so this could be a dead end.

After doing a quick Google for Integrated Marine, here's another possible address/phone listing (Also lists Ken Anderson as the proprietor):

Integrated Marine Systems
109 Forest Hills Drive
Huron
OH
44839
216-496-8976

drgambnle , to remove the old varnish I did first with the heat gun and than and finishup with sanding with caution , if you never done it takes a li
tlle practice , I like to use a flexible metal 2 inches spatula and move foward with the gun heating the spatula that way the tip gets very hot and cuts the varnish and no gumup .
