08 Beneteau 40 freezer sump pump

We are stumped, our mechanic is stumped. Where is the sump pump located for the freezer on this boat. During our walkthrough it was never brought up and we went all season bailing it out as needed with a bucket. I am hoping someone out there has figured this out.

I think, but since not at the boat (we have a 43) can't verify, there's a flat chromes button type switch between the oven and galley sink bulkhead. Push it to energize the pump.

Hello, thanks for the info, I will see if I can find something like that on our boat. I looked on the left side of the cabinetry next to the oven where the freezer but don't think I looked on the sink side. someone else said they thought it was somehow connected to the shower sump pump with a level maybe under the head sink, I have not been down on the boat to check that out though.

Yep, our 43 and friend's 40 have same pump location. View might be a little obsucred by the cooking clip-bar, so look right behind it, at sink side. Doesn't Beneteau conducted a delivery trial ?

BTW don't forget to have the bilge pump turned on at the panel. By "on" I mean to the right in it's automatic position. If centered it's off and will not run if you press the fridge pump switch.
