Sealing a motor mount

Hello Everyone, I have a tanzer 22 and need to change out the motor mount. I have the old mount off and now need to install the new one. I have read many threads about sealant and adhesive. I do not think that adhesive is most important since there are 4 strong bolts, so I am thinking of using a sealant with some adhesive properties. I could only find three things here in Red Deer, Alberta: 3M 5200, Sikoflex 291, and Butyl Tape. Should I use any of these or should I order something from the web? I was really considering the butyl tape, is it suited for this purpose?

mitiempo will become famous soon enough
The butyl or the Sikaflex are good choices, but leave the 5200 alone as it is too strong of an adhesive.
