Remove folding prop

I am in the process of replacing the cutlass bearing on my Beneteau First 285 (1989), and I can''t get the folding propellor off. It has the original equipment folding prop. The propellors are held by large pins (axles) that must be driven out. I can''t get them to budge. I have removed the keeper (roll) pin.

Does anyone have experience getting it off? Your help would be greatly appreciated (especially if you show up next Saturday!!)

Duane
