Rudder post head identification help

Greetings all, I have recently purchased a Preston 19 sailboat. It is close to being a 1 off, they made 3 of them and well info on them, to say the least does not exist. The problem I am having is the tiller was stolen off the boat and I simply can't sort out what type of fitting the tiller would have had to attach to the rudder head post. If anyone can help me sort out what this setup is so I can get a tiller setup I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Side profile of rudder post head fitting:

And finally the view from aft looking forward:

Also if anyone knows anything about the Preston 19 I would love to hear that as well! Thank you all

mitiempo will become famous soon enough
If the rudder is missing, it installs under the boat. Do you mean the tiller?
