Humidity Control

I live in Florida therefore humidity is a problem on my boat when not in use. Was wondering if anybody could offer any sugggestions on the best control ie: a de-humidyfier, Portable A.C.unit or an Air Dryer type fan. I know the dryer fan is the cheapest but just not sure how effective it is. Many thanks for any advice.
