Sure, 'looks like a standard Groco. The top, with the three holes, apply a spanner to any two of the three, or use the opposing leverage of two screw drivers lodged into the "holes" and unscrew counter-clockwise (traditionally) after closing the seacock. Lift the filter basket that is inside and clean. Replace the filter basket (turn to fully seat in lowest position), screw on top and open seacock. 'take care and joy, Aythya crew
