Reefing Setup for O'Day 25/26?

I'm trying to be certain I understand how to reef on my O'Day 26. I'm fairly certain the O'Days in this size were set up with jiffy reefing, but that's about all I know.

It would be a great help if any Sailnet user who sails an O'Day 25/26 (or similar) could describe how they set up and use their reefing capability?

Photos would be awesome!
