What boat is this rudder from?

Have a spare rudder and I am trying to get the boat it is from. Looks like it is for a 20-23' boat, maybe a Mac? Anyone have an idea?

Yep, Catalina 22. Should be easy to get rid of, they only built 15,000 or so.

Thanks for the help!

Now if I decide to get rid of it to try to fund other more pressing needs, what is a fair price to ask?

The wood is all shot so it is just the fiberglass rudder and metal plates.
