Identify SeaFar winch ?

I would like to identify the secondary winches on my 1960''s-era Hinterhoeller HR28, and possibly find a source for obsolete parts for them. They are bronze winches and the handles are bronze bar stock that slides into the caps and latches in place. Both the winches and the handles are stamped "Made in Holland".

Any thoughts welcome.
