Help with Deck Gear? What are these?

Just wondering what these are called so I can start sourcing replacements and repairing what needs repaired. Thanks in advance!

In order they are:

A fairlead
A camcleat (single sided in this case)
A turning block
A genoa or jib fairlead car

All are easily bought from Harken, Garhauer, Lewmar, etc.

The blocks (third and fourth items) look like older schaeffer gear... which I'm not a big fan of.

Yep, Schaeffer... Obviously, this boat won't end up offshore so I'd think the cheaper gear will suffice? Is there a more specific name for that (3) particular turning block, since it has a swivel type base? Are people finding replacement sheaves vs whole replacement?

I'd just go with new Garhauer or Lewmar blocks. They're nicer IMHO than the schaeffer and less likely to chafe the line and the price and effort of replacing the sheaves just isn't worth it for the minute cost savings it might provide.

Strong wind and high demand don't happen only offshore.

Standing and running rigging loads aren't something with which I would tend to push the envelope.

Btw: I like Harken--not only because I like their gear, but because their customer service has been terrific, in my experience--and that of my fellow club mates.

Yes, this is true. I guess I won't have that much invested for what I need.

Can anyone recommend particular sites they like buying said items from?

Sailnet is a good one and the host of the forums we're using.

Defender.com, Mauriprosailing.com, and Garhauermarine.com are also good sites to shop.
