Pump out as much of the antifreeze as possible, fill the tanks, flush the residual antifreeze out...shock treat water tanks per Peggie Hall's recommendations, fill with water, go sailing...
The head, if it flushes with raw water, shouldn't be an issue at all. Just use it as you would normally. It would help if you said what head you had, and how it is setup.
