pressurized h20

hey guys ive been working on my pressurized water system... pump works, small trickle in the head sink. here is the issue. the galley sink is plumbed toward stern, then around behind the engine--no water coming out. there are two pvc tubes (open) protruding from under the vee berth. when i fire the pump one of those two (the one nearest the pump) starts blasting out water into the bilge. Im thinking all i need to do to fix this is hose clamp a hose between those two fixtures. just wondered if any of you guys have the same set up. heck, maybe i should just give it a try, as i dont think i can hurt anything?
