Which Don Casey book?

I am looking to buy one of Don Casey's maintenance books. I have at 1979 C&C 29 which is in fair shape.

Which book should I get: the 2005 Sailboat Maintenance or the 2009 This Old Boat? The both cost about the same, so I am leaning towards S.M. since it has hundreds more pages.

Any insight into both would be great...

Get Casey's "Complete Illustrated Sailboat Maintenance Manual". It is a combination of six books. Covers just about everything.

Buy Complete Illustrated Sailboat Maintenance Manual..

first and put This Old Boat of your Christmas list. SM has step by step idiot guides to virtually anything you will find on a sailboat. If you can't follow his explanation you shouldn't be out in public unsupervised. The GOB is an outstanding overview to older sailboats and his approach to them, lots of ideas and opinions most of which happen to agree with mine. Later add Calder and Dave Gerr to totally mess with your head.

Thanks for the feedback. I heard some good comments regarding Calder's book, so I'll put that one on the X-mass list.
