Ok thanks, and ouch that is a rough job, although your mast sure does look good mines a bit scuff from being 30 years old lol but this winter is going to bring a lot of work and she will look like new. Thanks I will be posting up as soon as I can my installation of the new lights and which I choose to go with etc as well as updated wiring.

Most of the world calls it the masthead light even though it isn't usually at the head of the mast. On power boats and ships it is mounted at the top of whatever mast or mast-like structure there is on the boat or ship.
