Electro Marine Wind/Knot

My ole tub came with some windage insrtumentation.... and I happened to get ahold of the orig. docs that came with them as well as some of the charts from the original owner, who appears to be an able seaman. The problem is that the PO, between me and the original, had thoughts of re-doing everything...well he managed to tear it up before realizing he couldnt put it back together.

egads can i babble. anyway, is it possible for me to check the integrity/accuracy of these gauges w/o totally hooking them up? i mean even if they are willing to take any juice, let alone read anything.... just hate to hook it all up to do it again....

thanks gang
