Hydronic Heating - ProHeat X45??

Greetings all:
Anybody ever install a ProHeat X45 hydronic unit (made in Canada - for diesel trucks) in their boat? These seem to be fairly available (used) for a lot less than the equivalent Espar or Webasto units. My big concern is running the exhaust back to the transom - a lot further than the 12 inch exhaust pipe on the truck mounted units. Any experiences??
