Adhesive recommendation needed, dinghy rubrail

Hi all,
I'm looking for an adhesive recommendation for our inflatable dinghy rub rail. It's a hypalon Avon, and part of the rubber rubrail has come loose and is flopping around. I can't imagine this is a unique problem. Anyone have any success re-gluing? Any adhesive / process recommendations?
