Garmin Blue chart G2 VISION vs G2

Does anyone know what the difference is between the Garmin Blue chart G2 VISION and the cheaper Garmin Blue Chart G2 (not the 'Vision' version) charts?? I have a Garmin 421s and I'd like to buy digital charts for it. I'm looking at the chart kit from Natal to Buenos Aires (HSA004R). The pre-loaded Garmin 'world map' is completely useless...

Thanks in advance.

Also, if anyone has the Natal to Buenos Aires chart chip for sale, please send me a PM.

the g2 vision has extra features like satellite imagery, pictures of ports, the ability to do 3D views of the water underneath you, and more (but your plotter has to have the capability to use these features). The regular Garmin chips have everything you need to navigate safely - i.e. all of the stuff that a paper chart would have in terms of depths, ATON's, etc. You dont really need the vision chips though they are fun toys if your plotter can actually use them.

Garmin's website will tell you if your plotter is compatible with them or not.

Thanks sck5, that's what I suspected. I'll just go for the regular G2 charts as I'm not really interested in all the 3D views and such.
