Sea Ranger Charger

I came accross a Sea Ranger 3/stage 3/bank model 1088258 battery charger at a local nautical consignment shop this weekend. The price is right but I would like to see some info on it such as a manual.
My internet searching is coming up with a "0" hit. Any clues to who made it or how old this unit may be?

Sea Ranger Charger

Not sure but I think I heard that SeaRanger used to be the house brand of West Marine, Think I heard that SeaRanger had been bought by UNIDEN and then PONY from someone on the web...Westmarine & BoatUs still have some "SeaRanger items" in their catalog, Maybe I would try them. (The SeaRanger stuff on BoatUS comes up Uniden)

Another source I found was "SeaRanger Marine, Inc of Red Bank, New Jersey" but can''t find anymore, probably out of business...was there an address on the charger?
