Need a teak plaque

I'm looking for a source for a 3/4 inch thick roughly 4 x 6 inch oval piece of teak. Anybody out there have a source for that kind of thing? Ideally, I'd like to buy locally (Chicago area) but will order on line. Thanks in advance for your help.

A lot of good lumber yards carry teak and will probably be willing to cut it for you.
