refrigeration on beneteau

Has anyone out there had the plastic interior of there refrigeration unit over time break apart. when i reach up inside the unit, there is no plactic covering, just foam insulation remaining, any suggestion on a way to repair this missing material? I thought of a high grade ac duct tape with a thin piece of plexiglass, or some of thin plastic, but thought i would throw this out there and see what i get from those more experienced. thanks for any input.
