Cannot unplug my Garmin GPSMAP
I bought a GPSMAP 441s. Spent several hours installing it. Used it on a trip. Works great. I get home, go to unplug it, and I cannot remove the power data cable from the back. Tried many times. Had a few other GPSMAP owners try also. The outer locking ring turns about 1/8 turn and no further. Cannot seem to tighten or loosen it beyond that. I guess I could just never remove it, but not really the best solution. Any ideas?
I hate to cut the wires I spend so long installing to return it, but I may have no choice.
