Material for interior

What has been your experience as the best material to use for upholstery material in the cabin in regards to durability, moisture resistance, comfort, and appearance? I may rework interior cushions in the near future and would like your feedback. Thanks

I like the new microfiber fabrics. They're stain/water resistant, shed dirt well, soft to the touch, and tough.

'Tisn't often that I agree with SD, but there is a "microsuede" version available that I plan to use on our boat. It's stain-resistant enough that you can spill red wine on it and just wipe it off.

If you can find it, it's worth the money.

BITE ME!!!...and that's what you get for living on the upside down part of the planet, next to those damn fuzzy wombats... Owning a termite food boat might also have something to do with it...most people who own them have gone stark raving mad..

for the cabin walls, i just went to joannes and got what i liked--but hit the glass with some dark spray paint first to prevent light from bleeding through.
