Simrad 30 Verses Raymarine 20 is the question....
We have a 1977 Cal 27-2 and want to Go hands free.
Practical Sailor wrote and article and pointed out that the Simrad power consumption was less. I noticed that the Simrad advertizes Waterproof seals? Which one would be the better purchase Servicability and Installation?

I like my Raymarine 2000. The differance in power comsumption is very small....
