Ceiling treatment ideas?
Our Kelly-Peterson 44 has some old, brittle vinyl on the ceiling in part of the V-berth. Because we're involved in about 15 projects simultaneously on this boat, I'd like to just deal with this spot in a quick, simple way, i.e. not replacing the vinyl right now. I've cleaned and sanded the area and applied a coat of Kilz primer, but it's pretty uneven and not looking like more paint is going to make it look like anything but what it is-- the inside of a hull. I've been trying to think of a better, easy solution-- maybe a textured paint? Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks.
