Red face C30 running rigging

I am in need of the proper length and diameter measurements for the mainsheet and the genoa sheets. My manuals are three hours away and covered in snow.
If any of you catalina 30 people have this info, it would be of great help.
My boat is a 1994 c30 MKIII tall rig.

Their kit is for a standard rig, but I bet they know the dimensions of yours!
