Repowering

The boat I work on was repowered from 90hp to 200hp. I guess they figured they could save some money by not changing the prop. But, in all fairness, we are stuck with that prop as there is no clearance for larger.
I''ve seen a very little on the Yanmar 100hp, but I''m realizing we could very well have space in the ER for a new crew bunk if we went to something like that. She''s a 66'', 40ton ketch. What would you recommend, websites or info would be appreciated.
Thanks, Oz
