Small Force 10 Grill

For the last couple of seasons my small Force 10 grill has not put out very much heat. I''ve cleaned everything there is to clean, but not much improvement. Any ideas what might be wrong? This happens even with a brand new gas canister.

could be time to replace the regulator, which is what controls maximum gas flow.

Or clean that very tiny orifice that gas comes out of from the regulator. It can get grease, etc in there and cause it to not burn well. In fact cleaning the whole unit makes them work better. I just get some easy off and spray the whole thing

I had the same problem from the start because my canaster was lying on it''s side. I redesigned so it is upright and no more problems.

Force 10 adjustment: WARNING - DISCLAIMER - THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDED REPAIR - WARNING

In the center of the on/hi/low dial is a decal. Peal it off or just jam a philips head screw driver thru the middle. there is a screw down inside. slowly turn it clockwise to increase the LPG flow. I''ve got mine adjusted so that at night I get a faint orange glow from the ss base and I can burn both sides of a steak in 6 minutes.
