Mariner 39 Cutlass Bearing

Does anyone have experience with changing the cutlass bearing on a Mariner 39 CC sloop?

I would like to know if the bearing is held by friction or set screws, the size of the bearing, if the rudder must be removed, and any things to watch out for.
